National Nutrition Month® is an annual campaign during March created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, where everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits.

The theme for National Nutrition Month® 2024 is "Beyond the Table." Join dietitians from Campus Recreation, Dining Services, and the University Health Center as they celebrate the month of health and wellbeing.
