Campus Recreation's intra-departmental sustainability committee is providing holiday light recycling for students, staff, and faculty. Old, broken, and outdated strands of lights can be dropped in collection boxes at the Campus Rec Center and Outdoor Adventures Center on city campus and the Rec & Wellness Center on east campus until Jan. 6, 2021.

The university is opening up its two free COVID-19 testing locations to anyone in the campus community who would like to get tested before traveling at the end of the fall semester. The expanded testing will be offered through Dec. 6.

University of Nebraska–Lincoln plans for a return to on-campus, in-person instruction this fall include offering COVID-19 testing through a partnership with a state program.
