Connie Boehm joined the Office of Student Affairs as director of student resilience on March 1. This new role will report to the assistant vice chancellor for student affairs (advocacy and support).

In this role, Boehm will provide leadership in the development, implementation, assessment and evaluation of programs, services, and resources to promote and support student resilience, well-being and success. She will oversee evidence-based prevention programs designed to strengthen students’ ability to overcome adversity and challenges, manage stress and thrive in their personal and professional life.

Boehm previously served as the director of student life, student wellness at the Ohio State University and as the associate director of the Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Drug Misuse Prevention. She brings with her a comprehensive approach to student well-being and over 20 years of experience.
