Friday, February 19, 2021 Place orders for the next Meal-Kit Monday by Feb. 24
Available on the first Monday every month at the Rec & Wellness Center, the Meal Kit Monday packages can be prepared in less than an hour and serve up to four individuals. The $15 pre-packed kits make meal time easier for students and members of the campus community.
Three savory entrée choices are offered for the March 2021 kits:
- Grilled Vegetable Hummus Bowl
- Skillet Chicken Enchiladas
- Spinach, Tomato and Chicken Spaghetti
Orders can be placed online until 5:30 p.m. Feb. 24. Kits will be ready for pick-up from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. March 1 at the Wellness Kitchen inside the Rec and Wellness Center on east campus.
