Tuesday, January 30, 2018 Discounted faculty and staff meal pricing offered
New this year, faculty and staff can sign up to receive discounted meal pricing at most dining centers and Grab-N-Go locations across campus. More than 170 employees have already signed up to participate.
Through the program University Housing and Dining Services hope to increase opportunities for students to engage with faculty and staff. The anticipated revenue will help provide lower-cost meal plan options for students.
Faculty and staff must sign up to participate in the discounted pricing. When visiting the dining center, you will need your NCard and a form of payment.
Dining centers offer fresh produce, traditional fares, international entrees, make-your-own dishes, desserts and a variety of beverages. Some locations offer GFL (Good. Fresh. Local.) menu items that are prepared with food from local Nebraska farmers and producers.
Due to large crowds, the lunch meal period Monday through Friday at Selleck is not included in the faculty/staff meal pricing. Holiday meals, the Corner Deli on East Campus, the Nebraska Union food court and meals at the Training Table are not included.
