A new voice has joined the leaders providing guidance into the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s journey toward addressing anti-racism and racial equity. The group, announced in a July 7 message from Chancellor Ronnie Green, has expanded to include Colette M. Yellow Robe, a member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe and academic retention specialist for TRIO Programs.

University of Nebraska–Lincoln plans for a return to on-campus, in-person instruction this fall include offering COVID-19 testing through a partnership with a state program.

In five weeks, 117 UNL students, staff and faculty logged enough miles to travel the equivalent distance from Chicago, IL to Reykjavik, Iceland. The challenge - hosted by Intramural Sports - featured a series of distances for Huskers to complete: a 5k, 10k, half-marathon, and a marathon.
