Take Care of Your Mental Health

1 in 5 individuals experience challenges with mental health in a given year – and this is even more common among college students.*

Our mental health affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make healthy choices. There are multiple resources at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln available to support emotional, psychological and social well-being.
