The University of Nebraska-Lincoln combined historic campus traditions with modern twists to present a Husker homecoming like no other. Celebrating the university's 150th anniversary, the 2019 Homecoming featured an expanded slate of events, a rejuvenated Cornstock festival, the university's largest parade ever, a live performance by "The Voice" finalist Hannah Huston, and many family-friendly opportunities.

The Lancaster Event Center lit up with rainbow glow sticks on a chilly Thursday, Oct. 3, for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Homecoming concert. DJ D-Wayne from Lincoln Top 40 radio station 106.3 KFRX introduced the first act, the Cincinnati pop-rock band PUBLIC.

Monday, September 30, 2019Students celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Fiesta on the Green
Recently, students across campus gathered near the Nebraska Union for Fiesta on the Green — an event celebrating Hispanic food, dance, music and more.
The celebration was hosted by the Office of Academic Success and Intercultural Services in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Multiple registered students organizations, including the Mexican American Student Association, attended the event.
