The dawn of a new year and new semester is the perfect opportunity to refocus your personal goals in addition to your academic priorities.

However, the cold and unpredictable outdoor winter weather can thwart your enthusiasm for anything related to fitness and sport.

You can easily stay on track with these five training and instructional activities offered by Campus Recreation. All the sessions meet indoors and are instructor-led in small-group settings.
