Valentine’s Day is upon us and the last-minute rush to plan a fun night and pick up a suitable present may leave you scrambling. Luckily, there are multiple on-campus sales and opportunities to find some meaningful Valentine’s Day gifts for your someone special.  

 

Succulent Sale 

Horticulture Club is hosting their annual spring succulent sale fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, February 14 in both the Willa Cather Dining Complex and the Nebraska East Union. Purchase a succulent for $5 or a Marimo moss ball for $2.50.  

 

Bake Sale 

Take Note is having a bake sale 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, February 14 in the Nebraska Union Plaza. Proceeds from the sale go towards paying the group’s admission fee to compete in the spring 2021 ICCA a cappella competition.  

 

Customized Love Letters 

Whether you’re looking to express your appreciation to a close friend, send love to your significant other, or finally reveal any undying feelings to a special someone, the men of Lambda Phi Epsilon can help out. Fill out this online form with your message and the intended recipient; your intended Valentine will receive a text instructing them to pick up their message and rose at LPhiE’s booth in the Nebraska Union from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, February 14. Cost for a note and rose is $4.  

 

Flower Sale 

Biochemistry Club is selling special Valentine’s Day flowers with cheesy phrases in the Nebraska Union from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, February 14. This sale is a fundraiser for the club.
