A catchy slogan and visually appealing ads from Conference Services at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln have drawn national attention from Unique Venues, the largest online database of non-conventional meeting and event venues.

In October the Nebraska Conference Services team received the 2016 awards for Best Marketing Collateral and Best Print Ad during the Unique Venues Annual Marketing Conference in Denver, Colorado. Tony Rathgeber, assistant director of Housing Conference Services, graciously accepted the awards on behalf of the university.

The awards team commended the campaign materials for the simple and easy to understand slogan of “Eat. Meet. Sleep.” along with the matching promotional materials (an herb kit, notepad and stylus pen, and sleeping mask) used to continue the conversation with prospective clients.

This is the third year Unique Venues has offered the Best Of Awards.
