Leadership Out LOUD: Building Confident Leaders and Vocal Advocates

Space is limited! Apply today to participate in Leadership Out LOUD: Building Confident Leaders and Dialogue Advocates, a leadership retreat on March 3, 2018. This experience aims to help participants:

  • Gain confidence in their ability to facilitate difficult conversations.
  • Increase their awareness of what it means to be an inclusive leader.
  • Facilitate dialogues around topics related to inclusivity. (Retreat participants are invited to participate as trained Husker Dialogues facilitators.)

Designed by Marthaellen Florence, a trained LeaderShape facilitator, the retreat will provide an intimate environment to build facilitation skills among retreat participants. Leadership Out LOUD will take place at Willa Cather Dining Complex on Saturday, March 3, from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
